Federal Labor Law Posters
Federal Posters
The Department of Labor (DOL) requires all U.S. businesses to prominently display a number of mandatory federal labor law requirements, including federal minimum wage, Employee Polygraph Protection, OSHA, FMLA, USERRA, EEO, and more.
While these postings are mandatory, some requirements vary by statute. For example, certain small business may not be covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act, and therefore would not be subject to the Act’s posting requirements. Take time to familiarize yourself with the requirements that apply to your organization to ensure ongoing compliance.
